Streamlining Our Course Processing System

We’re thrilled to share some positive news about the ongoing improvements to our certificate processing system, which we believe will make your training experience smoother and more efficient.

Fewer Typos, Faster Processing

One of the most significant improvements we’ve noticed is the reduction in the number of typos that need to be corrected. This is thanks to the increasing number of delegates who are entering their own course details directly via the QR codes at the end of each session. This small change is having a big impact—course data is now appearing in the system within minutes of a course completing, and as a result, certificates are being processed usually within 24 hours. This is a significant improvement compared to the previous process of waiting for paperwork to arrive by post.

QR Codes in Presentations

In addition to being used on paperwork, these QR codes are now starting to appear in our updated presentations. We’ve already begun integrating them, with more updates planned in the coming weeks. This is another step forward in our mission to make the process as seamless and efficient as possible for both trainers and delegates.

Award Confirmation Emails and a New Summary Option

We understand that receiving award confirmation emails can sometimes be challenging, but these emails are an important tool. They allow you to check that all awards have been received and to see your feedback scores and comments. We’re also exploring the possibility of providing a summary of this information in one convenient place, making it easier for you to keep track. We’d love to hear your thoughts on this—do you think a summary option would be beneficial? Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine this system.

The Value of Course Registers

As a trainer, using a course register can be a valuable way to cross-check your delegates’ data and ensure their digital certificates are processed without a hitch. By keeping a register, you can quickly verify that delegate information has been submitted correctly and track when certificates have been issued. You’ll also receive notifications when certificates are awarded, and having the register will give you added peace of mind when managing this part of the process.
