We are excited to share that we are making some great new updates to your digital certificates that are included as part of your delegate packs. To ensure you have all of the info you need to navigate your options, you can use this handy guide!
Digital Certificate Delivery Options
You now have full control over how your digital certificates are sent;
1] Directly to Delegates – We’ll send certificates directly to those who have completed the training, just as we do now. The email will be signed off;
On behalf of:
(Trainer’s Name)
An approved instructor of the SkillBase First AidTM Instructor Network
And then include your personalised contact details if you have opted for that (see below).
Or 2] Sent to a Recipient of Your Choice – If you prefer, we can send the certificates directly to you or an alternative email address of your choice, such as an administrator or central contact within your organisation (note – this will override us sending them direct to your delegates). If you are already set up to receive them yourself this wont change.
These updates ensure you receive certificates in the best way for you, making it easier to manage and distribute in an automated way.
More Great News! Personalising Your Digital Certificates
You also are now able to include your organisation’s contact details on the certificates.
There are four customisable lines that will appear at the top left of the certificate. These can include the following details:
- Company Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Website
You have the choice to add as little information as you wish or you can fill all four lines – it’s up to you! If you decide not to add any details, this will default to SkillBase First Aid’s company details instead.

Please note – this customisation applies at the organisation level. If your organisation has multiple instructors, the same customisation will be applied to all certificates rather than being tailored to individual instructors.
Plus, Printed Certificates Option Now Available!
In addition to digital certificates included as part of your delegate packs, you also have the option to purchase printed certificates for £1.79 each (these include the personalisations above if chosen).
If you are currently already receiving printed certificates, your agreement will remain the same for now and you will be contacted separately with any future updates on this.
