Good variety of task used in the course which was great as most of the delegates were not used to sitting down all day, so was great that the courses are practical.

I really enjoyed taking part in the course. I learnt a lot and felt as though it was ran at a good pace.

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this experience, however the instructor was excellent and made sure that everything was understood! I'm hoping this will take the pressure off if a real life situation arises.
