Designed around confidence, you’ll get to see a range of training skills and techniques, and have an informal practice to make sure you’re comfortable!
At the end of the training, you will be certified to deliver the Fundamental Wellbeing series of courses, both online and face-to-face.
The Fundamental Wellbeing Instructor training is a total of 5 days online, which includes the 2-day ‘Fundamental Wellbeing First Aid’ course at the start. Following the 5 days you will enter the partnership delivery and coaching phase to gain your full licence.
