Our training materials are designed to provide maximum flexibility and convenience, ensuring you always have access to the latest, most effective resources.

When you order on the hub, your course directive download will include a link to your most up-to-date online presentation. This presentation contains the latest version of our training materials and is our recommended format for delivering your courses.

Why Use Online Presentations (Google Slides)?

Our online presentations offer several key advantages over traditional formats, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for your training sessions:

  1. Instant Updates:
The online format ensures you’re always using the most current version of the presentation. Any updates or corrections are instantly applied and available to you without needing to re-download or replace files.
  2. Universal Accessibility:
Online presentations are accessible through any modern browser on PCs, Macs, tablets, or smartphones. This eliminates the need for specialised software and ensures compatibility across all devices.
  3. Chromecast and Screen Sharing:
With Google Slides, you can cast your presentation to a compatible display using Chromecast or other screen-sharing tools. This makes it effortless to present wirelessly, whether you’re in a training room, classroom, or workplace setting.
  4. Consistent Experience Across Devices:
Whether you’re using a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet, or even a mobile phone, Google Slides delivers the same consistent experience. This is especially useful if you need to adapt quickly or use a different device during your training.
  5. No Software Installation Required:
All you need is a browser and an internet connection—no need to install or maintain software like PowerPoint.

Offline Access

We understand that internet access may not always be reliable during your training sessions. For this reason, we’ve made it easy to access your presentations offline by using a Google account.

Using a Google Account (Free or Paid)

To enable offline access for your presentations:

  1. Open the presentation using the link provided on your directive.
  2. Sign into your Google account (this can be a free Gmail account or a paid Google Workspace account).
  3. Go to File in the top menu and select Make Available Offline.

Once enabled, this feature allows you to open the presentation in your browser, even without an internet connection. You’ll still benefit from updates syncing automatically whenever you reconnect to the internet.

Without a Google Account

If you don’t have a Google account, you can view the presentation online using the link provided. However, offline access requires signing into Google. We recommend creating a free Gmail account to take full advantage of this feature if you regularly need offline access.

Why Online and Offline Work Together

This combination of online and offline accessibility ensures you are always prepared:

  • Online: Automatically stay up to date with the latest materials.
  • Offline: Continue your training seamlessly, even without internet access.

Back-Up PDF Versions

For those who prefer or require additional options, back-up versions of all courses are available on the hub in PDF slideshow format. These are perfect as an extra layer of reliability for your training materials.

The current PDFs reflect existing course materials, and in the coming weeks, we’ll be replacing them with updated versions to match the latest content in our online presentations.

Key Advantages of Back-Up PDFs:
  • Always available for download via the hub.
  • Can be saved on your device for offline use, ensuring you have a reliable back-up option.
  • Simple and universally compatible with any PDF viewer.

While the PDF versions are a solid fall-back, the online presentations—or the online presentations saved offline with a Google account—are the most interactive and up-to-date option for delivering your courses.
