In some of your future resource orders, you’ll notice the introduction of a new combined welcome and feedback form, marking the beginning of a faster, more accurate certification journey for both you and your delegates.
What’s New?
We have been developing and testing a new method to capture certification data, tailored to provide a bespoke, swift, and error-free experience.
How Does It Work?
Allow us to guide you through the process:
- On-the-Spot Completion: Delegates now have the convenience of completing their certification and feedback forms online at the end of the course.
- QR Code or Short Link Access: Using their smartphones, delegates can effortlessly scan the QR code from printed resources or your presentation or access the short link provided.
- Trainer Authorisation PIN: To validate the certificate, you will need to give your delegates a trainer authorisation PIN, which acts as your digital signature. If you do not have a PIN, see below.
- Seamless Submission: Once submitted, the entry seamlessly integrates into our awards system, where our team ensures accuracy and completeness. Upon approval, certificates are electronically issued, and a confirmation is promptly dispatched to you.

Where is the online form, and how is it accessed?
The online form is easily accessible via QR code or short web address on any internet-enabled device, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all delegates.
What about the feedback collection process?
After collecting basic certification information, delegates are directed to an electronic feedback form. Feedback scores and comments are emailed to you.
What if there is no internet, or people don’t have a smartphone?
If, for any reason, you or your delegates are unable to access the internet, you can still capture data on the printed form at the end of your course.
We highly recommend that if manual forms are being completed, they are not taken away for completion or submission after the course by delegates.
The quickest way to capture and submit this on behalf of your delegates after your course is to scan the QR code to fill out the form on your smartphone or via the HUB. If you prefer, you can still post the completed forms back to us for processing.
Do I need to keep the forms or send them back?
Once you submit the forms, they are sent securely electronically and stored in our data and archive systems. However, we strongly recommend that you take a course register at the beginning of the course. This only needs to be the delegate names. A template will be provided in the coming weeks. Once you receive your confirmation email, you can discard this register. Please hold onto the register safely and securely until you receive the confirmation email that the certificate has been processed without any queries.
How do I obtain the Trainer Authorisation PIN?
Each trainer will be issued an Authorisation PIN, serving as a digital signature. This PIN is provided to delegates during the course to validate their certification.
