Engaging, insightful and hugely helpful.

Russ made us all feel very relaxed and his delivery and instruction was clear and concise. I would usually feel embarrassed about joining in but was made to feel confident amongst the group. The support staff were also excellent.

Very well structured and planned. Good, relaxed atmosphere which was fun and memorable.

I feel that i am now able to give first aid with a good understanding and knowledge.

A great course with a knowledgeable tutor. Was good to refresh my memory but also good to realise how much I already knew.
